HAMILTON, Mont. (AP) - A shooting in Hamilton has left one man wounded and another man in custody.

Hamilton Police Chief Ryan Oster says the shooting occurred about 3 a.m. Saturday at an apartment complex.

Oster says police found a wounded 29-year-old man who was taken to the hospital. He declined to immediately release the name of the man.

Oster says police detained a 59-year-old man who was found walking nearby.

The shooting remains under investigation.
