TOWN OF BELOIT, Wis. (AP) - The Rock County medical examiner says the death of a 19-year-old woman found dead in a garage in the Town of Beloit is a homicide.

The medical examiner identifies the victim as Brandy Lee Carroll of Beloit.

Chief Steve Kopp says an adult male who lives in the home has been taken into custody. Kopp tells the Beloit Daily News (https://bit.ly/1PdytY0 ) the victim didn’t live at the home, but may have known the man arrested.

A relative of the suspect called police Saturday after the man became agitated. Officers went to the home and found the victim in the garage. Authorities did not immediately release a cause of death.
