WASHINGTON (AP) - Motorists in Delaware aren’t paying any more at the pump when compared with a week ago.

AAA Mid-Atlantic said Sunday in a weekly report that the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas in Delaware was $2.60. That’s the same as a week ago.

Motorists in the region are paying $1 less per gallon than a year ago. At this time last year Delaware drivers were paying $3.60 per gallon.

The price of gas in the state is 6 cents below the national average of $2.66 per gallon.
