CARY, N.C. (AP) - A Cary man has been arrested and charged with murder after the body of a 72-year-old man was found in a car near a shopping center.
Police told local media that 53-year-old Dwight Anthony Blount of Cary was arrested around 11 p.m. Sunday.
He’s accused of killing Lucian Mariano Andia of Cary. His body was found Saturday morning.
Andia’s body has been taken to the state medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
It was not clear if Blount has an attorney.
Police have not released a possible motive for the shooting death.
