MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting in Manchester, including the potential of a self-defense claim.

The state attorney general’s office says Manchester police responded Sunday afternoon to a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man in an alleyway with apparent gunshot wounds.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the exact cause and manner of death. Authorities have not released the victim’s name pending notification of his family.

The attorney general’s office says police have identified everyone involved in the shooting and are investigating the incident, including the potential of a self-defense claim. No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information is asked to call Manchester police.
