WALLKILL, N.Y. (AP) - Police say they’re investigating the stabbings of two men during a fight at an upstate New York movie theater.

Police in the Orange County town of Wallkill tell the Times Herald-Record of Middletown (https://bit.ly/1KE93Mx ) that the men were stabbed Sunday afternoon at the AMC Loews Galleria Metroplex 16 theater.

Witnesses told officers that the two victims from Wallkill were stabbed during a fight with four other males near the theater’s ticket window. The suspects and the victims had fled the scene before police arrived.

Officers found the victims being treated at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. A 23-year-old Wallkill man was treated and released, while a 24-year-old man was hospitalized with non-threatening stab wounds to his head and neck.

No arrests have been reported.
