POWELL, Wyo. (AP) - Authorities say a tractor-trailer dumping trash at a landfill in Powell tipped over and crushed a man’s pickup, but no injuries were reported.

The Park County Sheriff’s Office says 52-year-old Craig Coen pulled his pickup alongside the truck and was getting ready to dump some trash Saturday afternoon when he saw a shadow approaching. He then realized the tractor-trailer was tipping over.

Sheriff’s spokesman Lance Mathess tells The Powell Tribune (https://goo.gl/L62d34 ) that 66-year-old James Haworth, who was operating the larger truck, was trying to dump a load of dirt, gravel and trash from the trailer when the vehicle tipped and crashed down on the pickup.

Members of the Powell Volunteer Fire Department and Park County Landfill staff helped sort out the vehicles after the mishap.
