JONESVILLE, Va. (AP) - The U.S. Small Business Administration is opening a disaster loan outreach center in Lee County.

The outreach center will open on Saturday. The goal of the center is to assist local residents affected by the severe storms and flooding that occurred from February 14 through March 8.

SBA’s customer service representatives will be available at the center to answer questions about the disaster loan program and help individuals complete their applications. The center will be located in the Lee County Court House.

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is June 29, while the deadline to return economic injury applications is January 28.
