MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) - What will $31.75 million get you in Miami? A fully furnished, seven-bedroom neoclassical mansion on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach.

The Miami Herald (https://hrld.us/1bxoCK5 ) reports the 14,000-squre foot home has a private movie theater and a ballroom with 14-foot ceilings. The home also includes a pool, a gazebo, an open-air fireplace and a separate guest house.

The Herald reports the lot last sold in 2006 for about $6 million. According to Miami-Dade County property records, the current owner is a company controlled by Peter J. Neary. He’s a Miami Beach property owner and real estate investor.

A sale will be handled by One Sotheby’s International Realty.
