BANGOR, Maine (AP) - A Corinth, Maine, man has been sentenced to four years in prison for possessing child pornography.

Forty-one-year-old David Livingston Brown pleaded guilty to the charge in July of 2014.

FBI agents said Brown emailed a video containing child pornography to an undercover agent in 2013. The bureau says Brown later admitted to sending and receiving images of child pornography by email and collecting hundreds of images and videos of child pornography over a period of several years.

Brown was sentenced on Thursday to the prison term followed by eight years of supervised release.
