TRANSFER, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a man has been found dead at a northwestern Pennsylvania home that was the scene of an apparent murder-suicide last month that remains under investigation.

The Mercer County coroner didn’t immediately identify the man found at the Pymatuning (py-mah-TOO’-ning) Township home right after someone called 911 to report a gunshot about 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The home is the same one owned by 32-year-old Cody Kuykendall who was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot April 19. Kuykendall was found in woods near the residence where another man, 45-year-old Jack Johnson, was also found shot to death.

Police have been treating those deaths as a murder-suicide but have said their interview with a key witness afterward was halted without explanation.

The residence is located about 70 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, near the Ohio border.
