BRIGHTON, N.Y. (AP) - A 19-year-old community college student from upstate New York has been accused of repeatedly raping a female in a campus residence.

Police in the Rochester suburb of Brighton say Patrick Leberth, of Kendall, New York, has been charged with three counts of first-degree rape, five counts of first-degree criminal sex act, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Court records allege the incident occurred over a four-day period at the end of April in a residence hall on the campus of Monroe Community College. The alleged victim is not a student at the school.

Leberth pleaded not guilty in Brighton Town Court on Wednesday and is being held at Monroe County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail. It could not immediately be determined if he has an attorney.
