WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police have arrested two men after officers say drugs and a loaded gun were found during a traffic stop.

It happened about 7:25 p.m. Wednesday on South Van Buren Street. Authorities stopped a car they say committed a traffic violation. Police say a loaded .38 caliber revolver with an obliterated serial number and 34 bags of heroin were found during a search of the car and its occupants.

The driver of the car, 23-year-old Josue Garcia of Wilmington, was charged with possession of heroin and issued a traffic summons. A passenger, 22-year-old Abel Flores of Wilmington, was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of heroin and other offenses.
