DETROIT (AP) - This year’s GM River Days festival will include zip line rides, a Tuskegee Airmen National Historical Museum airshow and a fundraising event to help boost the Detroit riverfront.

Details of the June 19-21 event were announced Friday by the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy. Musical performers include Gladys Knight and Bell Biv Devoe.

General Motors, which has its headquarters along the river, is the title sponsor again. The festival is presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.

The “River Nights” fundraiser on June 18 offers a preview of the event and will support continued development and operations for the Detroit riverfront.
