PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Police say gunfire has been reported two nights in a row at a public housing complex in North Portland.

Sgt. Pete Simpson of the Portland Police Bureau says officers from the Gang Enforcement Team responded late Thursday to a report that multiple gunshots were fired at the Humboldt Gardens apartments. There were no injuries and police said the two suspects who ran from the scene were wearing gray hoodies that covered their faces.

A night earlier, someone fired multiple rounds at a group of people sitting outside the same place. Nobody was hurt.

Gang Enforcement Team investigators believe the incidents are related.
