LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A Little Rock man has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man in a shopping center parking lot.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1F4emoC ) that 22-year-old Brandon Moore entered the plea Friday in Little Rock District Court. Moore is being held on $100,000 bond.

He was arrested Thursday and charged in the April 21 shooting death of 26-year-old Cortez Ferrell in the parking lot of Shackleford Crossings shopping center.

A police report says witnesses told officers that Ferrell was shot while arguing with a man who was in a vehicle in the parking lot.
