CHARLEROI, Pa. (AP) - State police have reopened Interstate 70’s westbound lanes at the junction with Toll Route 43 in western Pennsylvania.

The lanes reopened Friday about five hours after a tractor-trailer hauling scrap metal overturned and blocked both westbound lanes.

Troopers from the Belle Vernon barracks were investigating how it happened. No injuries were reported.
