DEER PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Police on Long Island say two men were shot at a strip club that was also the scene of a fatal shooting last year.

The victims in Saturday’s shooting at Illusions Gentlemen’s Club suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Suffolk County police say 26-year-old Andre Thompson and 27-year-old Jaleek Battle, both of Brentwood, were shot at 3:25 a.m.

They drove themselves to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore.

Police have made no arrests.



Twenty-year-old Ryan Aguilar was killed outside the same club on Sept. 27, 2014.

Victor Calderon, of Wyandanch (WEYEN’-danch), was later arrested in Aguilar’s death.

Prosecutors said Calderon fired a gun into a group of men fighting in the club’s parking lot.

Calderon pleaded not guilty. He has a court date next month,
