Ronald Rouleau had been inside the enclosed porch at the time and was hit. He is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Curit, a 29-year-old Rochester man, and his 24-year-old female passenger, are also being treated for injuries. Rochester police say the accident is currently under investigation.

Curit has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. He’s been released pending a May 18 court date. A listed telephone number for Curit could not be found.
