LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A Greenbrier man has been indicted on charges of using another man’s identity for the past 20 years.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1DZbJPs ) that 51-year-old William Marshall is charged in the federal indictment that was unsealed Friday.

Marshall is due in court May 19th for arraignment and to enter a plea.

The indictment alleges Marshall used the identity of a California man to receive tax refunds, insurance payments and various federal benefits.

Marshall was arrested in January after applying for Social Security disability benefits in the other man’s name.
