TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say a 73-year-old man has died of injuries suffered during a robbery home invasion and that another man has been arrested in the case.

Police say Biven Dryden died Friday morning of injuries suffered in the Thursday evening attack during which a stranger entered through an unlocked door and demanded money.

A 56-year-old woman who was in the home was also assaulted and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

According to police, officers searched the neighborhood and arrested 19-year-old Malick (mah-LEAK’) Fuller nearby.

Fuller was jailed on suspicion of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and attempted aggravated robbery. It could not be immediately determined whether he has an attorney who might comment on the case.

The home is located near South Craycroft Road and East Broadway Boulevard.
