METAIRIE, La. (AP) - Four teenagers have been arrested for a recent carjacking in Metairie.

Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand says the suspects are ages 15 and 16. Their names were not released.

WVUE-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1SOXvuu ) detectives learned the victim’s credit card was used at an apartment complex in New Orleans. Video surveillance showed two people buying candy and getting into the victim’s car.

State police later found the car and the driver and two passengers were arrested. A fourth suspect was arrested later. Each was booked on outstanding warrants from Jefferson Parish.

Investigators are trying to determine if a fifth person was involved.
