GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A technology distribution company is moving its headquarters from Upstate New York to Greenville.

Multiple media outlets reported that WYNIT Distribution said it is moving its headquarters from North Syracuse, New York, to Greenville in the spring.

The transition is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. Employment is expected to total around 110 employees. The company has three dozen employees in Greenville now.

The company said some key personnel will remain in North Syracuse.

Customer service, purchasing, finance, marketing, infrastructure technology and logistics teams will be in Greenville.

Employment could reach 200 in a few years.

WYNIT is a wholesale distributor from the consumer electronics, photo, wide format printing, security, sports and recreation industries. It serves Best Buy, Target, Walmart, REI, Kohl’s and more.
