LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The National Weather Service says frost and temperatures in the 30s will be followed by a strong storm system expected to move into the state by Sunday.

Forecasters said Friday the frost advisory will last from midnight until Saturday morning.

Temperatures are expected to fall into the lower and mid-30s, and mostly clear skies and light winds will allow patches of frost to develop. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

A strong storm system is expected in the region by late Sunday and will move slowly over the state through Wednesday.

The system could produce thunderstorms and flash flooding.
