SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Syracuse police have arrested a second man in connection with the shooting death of a 32-year-old man in July.

Anickalous Hill was shot on July 29. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital by good Samaritans who found him lying in the road. He later died there.

Thirty-four-year-old Harry Shelton was arrested Nov. 5 in the shooting. Police say a second suspect, 31-year-old Jashua Williams, turned himself in to Syracuse police on Friday.

Both Shelton and Williams are facing charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. No information on their attorneys was immediately available.
