NEWTON, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say they have arrested a northern New Jersey man and charged him with sexually assaulting three young patients and committing health care claims fraud.

The Sussex County Prosecutor’s office said in a statement Friday that 31-year-old Troy Leonard was arrested at his Franklin Lakes home.

Officials say Leonard engaged in sexual contact with three young patients in various locations across the state in 2015 while he was employed as a behavioral analyst.

They also say Leonard submitted fraudulent insurance claims from 2013 to 2015 in exchange for reimbursement for services he did not provide.

A message seeking further details Saturday with the prosecutor’s office was not immediately returned.

It is unclear whether Leonard has an attorney.
