KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A new trial date has been set for a lawsuit former Tennessee associate director of sports medicine Jenny Moshak and two ex-Lady Vols strength coaches filed against the university three years ago.

U.S. District Judge Pamela Reeves ruled Friday she was moving the trial to April 19 “due to a conflict with the Court’s calendar.” The trial had been set for Dec. 1.

The Knoxville News-Sentinel first reported the change.

Moshak, Heather Mason and Collin Schlosser filed their suit in October 2012. They say they received less compensation than employees holding similar positions and performing comparable tasks for men’s teams. The plaintiffs say the discrepancy in compensation was a result of their gender or their affiliation with women’s teams.

They’re suing the university for discrimination and retaliation.
