WASHINGTON (AP) - The Washington Capitals are hosting a casino-themed charity event.

Players, coaches, alumni and owners will participate in casino games with fans Saturday evening at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington. The event is a fundraiser for the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation, which supports the charitable efforts of the Capitals as well as the Mystics and Wizards.

This is the fifth casino night, and the team says that to date it has raised more than $1.25 million for charity through the event. The team says the night will include auctions of equipment and autographed memorabilia.

VIP tickets, which are sold out according to the team’s website, cost $450. MVP tickets cost $250.
