A new video released by the Islamic State terrorist group makes threats against the White House, President Obama, French President Francois Hollande and Rome.

In the video, two extremists speaking to the camera threaten to burn down the White House and pledge more attacks across the world.

“We started with [France] and we shall finish with the false White House, which we shall render black with our fire,” one of the militants says in the video, the Daily Mail reported

The bearded jihadist appears to be speaking from a garden our courtyard and wears a headdress and black robe.

The video begins with another bearded terrorist, also wearing a turban and black robe, speaking to the camera while standing in the middle of the street, making threats against France and the U.S. after both countries increased air strikes and raids against the Islamic State following the Paris attacks.

“What do they expect from the nation of Islam other than more of these strikes?” the man says to the camera while pointing to the sky with his index finger, a sign of reverence to Allah, according to the Daily Mail.

“We will bring [French President Francois] Hollande and the people around him the good tidings, as we bring Obama and the people around him the good tidings, of more of these strikes,” the militant says.

“Allah willing, we shall roast them with [explosive] belts and car bombs.

“We shall follow them wherever they may go and Allah willing we shall lead them like slaves, like dogs. Allah willing we shall lead them like slaves, like dogs.”

The screen then turns black before arabic text appears in the tricolor of the French national flag. The text reads “Paris before Rome,” as burning cinders float up the screen, a likely threat to the Italian capital.

Rome and Vatican City have been on high alert since 129 people were killed and 352 injured in terrorists attacks in Paris last week. Italian authorities also heightened security around major cultural cites yesterday after the FBI warned of possible attacks there, according to the Daily Mail.

According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, which translated the footage, the clip was filmed in Islamic State-controlled Dijah province, to the north of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.

The video also bears the symbol of the Al Hayat Media Center, the terror group’s propaganda arm that produced its chilling execution and recruitment videos.

The latest clip comes just two days after another Islamic State video suggested terrorists were plotting attacks in New York City.

Another video released just days after the Paris attacks threatened attacks against Washington.
