BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - One person is dead after a jogger discovered a submerged vehicle near the University of Colorado-Boulder campus on Sunday.

Authorities are still searching to find out if there are any more victims. Authorities say the crash happened Saturday night or Sunday morning.

Patrol spokesman Tim Sutherland says the driver apparently lost control while turning onto eastbound U.S. 36 from Foothills Parkway.

The name of the victim has not been released.
