CINCINNATI (AP) - Residents of southwest Ohio are getting a chance to meet local members of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus.

The group’s Legislative Action Tour plans a town hall-style stop in Cincinnati on Monday with appearances by state Reps. Alicia Reece and Christie Kuhns and state Sen. Cecil Thomas. All three are Cincinnati Democrats.

Reece, the caucus president, said the event at the Urban League of Cincinnati is an opportunity for local residents and business leaders to meet with their Hamilton County lawmakers to discuss legislation. Black legislators from other regions of the state may also be in attendance.

The event is free and open to the public.
