RHINELANDER, Wis. (AP) - A Rhinelander man has been arrested in an Oneida County crash that killed a passenger in the truck he was driving.

Sheriff’s officials say 23-year-old Jacob Juedes died Saturday when the truck struck a power pole in Pine Lake. Investigators say the 20-year-old driver was apparently intoxicated when the crash occurred.

WJFW-TV (https://bit.ly/1MMNiuo ) reports the driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Prosecutors will consider felony charges.
