NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The family of the teenager who was shot and killed during a fight at Tennessee State University last month has traveled to the campus, seeking justice for whoever shot their son.

WTVF-TV (https://bit.ly/1PJUGwq ) reports Cameron Selmon’s family traveled from Memphis to hand out fliers near the Nashville campus Sunday, trying to find anyone who might know who the gunman was.

Selmon’s mother Stacia Payne says between 30 and 40 friends and family members are helping with the cause.

Metro Nashville Police Spokesman Don Aaron has said Selmon was killed on the night of Oct. 22 in an outdoor courtyard during an argument over a dice game. Selmon was not a student at the university.

Anyone with information on Selmon’s slaying has been urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME (615-742-7463).
