SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say it appears a home invasion and robbery led to the fatal shootings of two men at a Scottsdale apartment complex earlier this month.

Scottsdale police say 20-year-old Michael Anthony Aston and 17-year-old boy were arrested in the case last Friday. The juvenile’s name isn’t being released because of his age.

Police say Aston is being held on suspicion of two counts of second-degree murder and multiple counts of armed robbery.

Aston’s bond was set at $1 million at his initial court appearance Monday. He doesn’t have a lawyer yet.

Police say 25-year-old Martin Ellison and 23-year-old Keaton Litke died after being shot at the Hayden Park Apartments on Nov. 9.

The two men were leasing an apartment. Court documents show the victims also were robbed on Oct. 23.
