ROSLYN, S.D. (AP) - The office of South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has released the identity of the man who was seriously injured in a shooting last week in Roslyn.

The victim has been identified as Roslyn resident Jeremy Hendrickson. Authorities say he remains in serious condition following the Friday night shooting.

Forty-four-year-old Jason Lewandowski, of Roslyn, has been charged with attempted murder, burglary and aggravating eluding of law enforcement officer.

Authorities say Lewandowski entered Hendrickson’s home and shot him around 9:30 p.m. Friday. Lewandowski was arrested after leading authorities on a chase through Brown County. Authorities say the pursuit ended outside an Aberdeen hospital after stun guns were used on Lewandowski.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Lewandowski has an attorney who could comment on the case.
