PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - A Jackson County grand jury has indicted a 25-year-old Pascagoula woman on charges she had sex with a 13-year-old.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1N8rH31) the grand jury indicted Miranda Duke on three counts of sexual battery. According to court records, the alleged crimes occurred between Aug. 1, 2013, and Oct. 1, 2013, in Pascagoula.

Pascagoula police arrested Duke in December on one count of sexual battery, but the grand jury determined there was enough evidence to indict her on two additional charges.

Duke has pleaded not guilty and remains jailed without bond in Jackson County.

Her bond on the sex crime charges was revoked after she was arrested in a series of auto burglaries in D’Iberville and Biloxi.

Online jail records do not list an attorney for Duke.
