CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A chef arrested over the summer on federal child pornography charges now faces charges of sexual exploitation of children.

Alexander Capasso was arrested in July after prosecutors say he engaged in online conversations with undercover FBI agents that included trading sexually explicit photos of minors.

Court documents filed last week show the 42-year-old Collingswood resident now faces charges of sexual exploitation of a child, distribution of child pornography and child pornography possession.

His public defender wasn’t available for comment.

Capasso was arrested along with his ex-girlfriend after prosecutors say he exchanged pornographic images with investigators.

Prosecutors also say Capasso agreed to meet with the undercover agent to engage in crude sexual acts.

Capasso operated restaurants in Collingswood and Philadelphia. He remains in custody.
