LEESVILLE, La. (AP) - The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested two brothers in connection to vehicle burglaries in various areas of the parish.

The Town Talk (https://townta.lk/1R2EDJD ) reports 21-year-old Tommy Lynn Jones III and 20-year-old Trevor Lance Jones were arrested Wednesday.

Detectives say they began an extensive investigation that pointed to the brothers as suspects.

The two were booked on charges including theft, simple burglary and theft of a firearm. Tommy Jones’ bond has been set at $68,500 while Trevor Jones’ bond is set at $103,500.

It isn’t clear if the brothers have attorneys.
