DEARING, Ga. (AP) - Police are seeking a woman who they suspect in the shooting death of a man in McDuffie County.

The McDuffie County Sheriff’s Office tells media outlets that Tuesday evening, deputies found the body of 57-year-old Sanders Johnson in a Dearing home. They say he had been shot to death.

Authorities are looking for 27-year-old Kimberly Johnson, described as a black female, 5-foot-11 and about 195 pounds. She was last seen driving away from the home in a gray Mazda Millennium. The car has tinted windows, a sunroof and possibly a paper tag.

Police say Johnson is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at (706) 595-2145 or the Georgia Bureau of Investigation at (706) 595-2575.
