RENO, Nev. (AP) - Washoe County health officials say they have found and addressed the source of an E. coli outbreak that sickened nearly two dozen people.

Officials say the contamination was caused by cross-contamination during the production of the Chocolate Marquis Mousse at Reno Provisions. The restaurant has been instructed to stop operations that were causing the cross-contamination until detailed plans are reviewed and approved by the Health District.

Another Reno restaurant where diners were sickened, Twisted Fork, reopened Tuesday in response to new findings from health officials.

Since mid-October there have been 22 confirmed and probable causes of E. coli in Washoe County.
