GALT, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say 11 people are injured after a wind gust blew through a flea market in Northern California, knocking over tents.

Fire officials say the strong winds tossed six to seven tents into the air at the flea market in the city of Galt Wednesday.

KCRA-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1OhfytI) that while many shoppers had already left the market visited by hundreds of people, there were still many vendors and customers, and workers cleaning up.

Officials say those hurt had minor injuries ranging from head trauma to a bloody nose.

Of the 11 people injured, three were taken to a hospital.
