BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - About 14,000 runners are signed up for the 120th running of the Turkey Trot through Buffalo.

The YMCA’s Thanksgiving Day race is among the oldest consecutively run footraces in North America.

The 8K race goes through the city’s downtown and features runners in Thanksgiving-themed and other costumes.

For some runners, it’s been a Thanksgiving morning tradition for more than 25 years.
