BROGUE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a man lost control of his all-terrain vehicle in central Pennsylvania and died after being thrown from it.

The York County coroner’s office says 31-year-old Zachary Hoffmaster Sr. was killed early Thursday in Chanceford Township.

The York Daily Record reports (https://bit.ly/1NwuzZF) Hoffmaster was thrown from the ATV after he lost control and it rolled over. Passers-by found him along a road around 1:50 a.m.

The coroner’s office says Hoffmaster was not wearing a helmet and died of blunt force trauma.

Hoffmaster lived in Wrightsville. A relative said Thursday that the family was not ready to comment.
