LISBON, N.H. (AP) - County prosecutors are deciding whether a former New Hampshire state trooper should face charges for a crashing into a skateboarder who later died of her injuries.

The Caledonian Record reports (https://bit.ly/1Xiu8H0) that Sullivan County prosecutors are reviewing the accident report compiled by state police to determine whether criminal charges will be filed against Todd Landry.

Landry, who retired in August as commander of Troop F, was off duty on July 8 when 18-year-old Emily Clogston’s skateboard collided with the front driver’s side of his pickup truck in Lisbon. Clogston, who was from Warren, died four days later.

A telephone listing for Landry could not be found.
