MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (AP) - A dense fog advisory is in effect for most of New Jersey and northern Delaware.

The National Weather Service issued the advisory Friday morning and said areas of dense fog will gradually lift by 9 a.m.

Forecasters warned of poor visibility in spots that will adversely impact the morning commute.

Visibility will frequently be reduced to less than a quarter mile. The weather service says drivers should use their headlights, slow down and leave plenty of distance ahead of them.
