WEST CHESTER, Ohio (AP) - Motorists heading south on Interstate 75 through Butler County in southwest Ohio could face lengthy traffic delays the evenings of Dec. 1-3 because of overhead sign installations.

Ohio transportation authorities say a single lane closure beginning at 6 p.m. will be followed by a double-lane closures Tuesday through Thursday. Workers also plan short-term full closures during overnight hours, with all lanes open by 5 a.m. each day.

The work is being performed between the Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Union Centre Boulevard interchanges in the northern Cincinnati suburb of West Chester.

The Ohio Department of Transportation says message boards and signs will alert motorists. Weather conditions can result in construction schedule changes.
