HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - The latest on elections for seats on Pennsylvania’s appellate courts (all times local):


10:30 p.m.

Democrats have won a pair of open seats on Pennsylvania’s mid-level appellate courts.

Philadelphia Judge Alice Beck Dubow defeated Republican Emil Giordano, a Northampton County judge, for a seat on the Superior Court. The court handles criminal and civil appeals.

Pittsburgh lawyer Michael Wojcik defeated Republican Paul Lalley for a seat on the Commonwealth Court. The court decides civil cases involving state government and appeals in cases involving state or local agencies.
