NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man employed by a contractor for a New Jersey military installation has admitted accepting more than $20,000 in kickbacks from subcontractors.

Federal prosecutors say Shawn Fuller pleaded guilty Wednesday to accepting unlawful kickbacks and now faces up to 10 years in prison when he’s sentenced Feb. 16.

The 45-year-old East Stroudsburg man was a regional manager for a contractor at Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway Township.

He admitted accepting kickbacks including cash and a personal watercraft in return for granting subcontractors favorable treatment on construction projects.
