WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police have charged one of three men arrested after a vehicle pursuit with a shooting.

Officers saw a car they said was being driven by a suspect in the Oct. 29 shooting. Police pursued the car when the driver refused to pull over for a traffic stop. Authorities say after the car became disabled, three men got out, ran, and were apprehended by police.

Investigators charged the driver, 21-year-old Willie Brothers Jr. of Middletown with attempted robbery and assault in connection with last month’s shooting. He was also charged with numerous traffic offenses.

The two other men were charged with weapons offenses after four guns were found in the car.
