MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) - A man who burglarized a youth center in Mitchell has been given a suspended five-year prison term.

Twenty-one-year-old Jason Lease pleaded guilty to burglary charges stemming from a July 30 incident in which he stole $3,000 in electronics from Ark Ministries and tools from a local garage.

The Daily Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1NPWD7c ) that Lease was ordered to serve about five months in jail with credit for about three months already spent behind bars. He also must participate in a rehabilitation program, a sobriety program and counseling.
